1. Approved Map by Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat
2. Chain of Documents of realty (Immovable Property)
3. Receipt of property Tax (Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat / Diversion tax)
4. Copy of Multi-Cell for Flat.
5. Approved colony by Department of Town and Country Planning (TNC)
6. Approval from Office SDO Revenue Department , Indore (Diversion Department)
7. Approval for Development of Colony.
8. Sales Agreement
9. Copy of Mutation by Department of Municipal Corporation / Diversion.
10. Copy Of estimate
11. last 3 years Income Tax Return /Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss A/c Statements/Capital account
12. Last 1 Year Bank Statement.
13. If applicant has any previous loan by from other Commercial Institutions then Copy of Loan Bank Statement.
14. KYC documents & photographs of applicants and guarantor.
15. Applicant has income by business then registration copy of firm.
16. Applicant has income by Salary then Deductions & Salary slip of last three months and Form 16 of last three years by the Employer.

In Case of Prosperity of IDA and Housing Board these documents will required along with above.  

1. Copy of NOC by Department.
2. Receipt of Lease from same Department.
3. Copy of Lease Deed
4. Copy of Allotment by Department.

Documents for Vehicle Loan

1. Quotation of Vehicle
2. Copy of Driving License
3. KYC documents PAN Card / Aadhar Card / Voter Id / Electricity Bill of applicants /Guarantor.
4. Last 1year Bank Statement
5. last 3 years Income Tax Return /Balance Sheet / Profit & Loss A/c Statements/Capital account
6. Applicant has income by business then registration copy of firm.
7. Applicant has income by Salary then Deductions & Salary slip of last three months and Form 16 of last three years by the Employer.

Documents required for warehousing loan-

1. last 3 years Income Tax Return and Audit Report
2. Firm’s License and TIN Number
3. Two Blanks Cheques and a Letter pad with Signature
4. Delivery Form
5. Main Receipts and Photocopies
6. PAN card of Firm
7. Proprietor’s PAN Card / Aadhar Card / Electricity Bill/ Voter Card
8. Partnership Deed
9. Processing Fee.
